Jesus and his bride by Jacky holden.

Sunday morning, 13 April 2003.

I was listening to Pastor David Wilkerson’s sermon

Why the World Hates Christians
 David Wilkerson -
April 6th, 2003.

Then I saw the vision.  I was in the Spirit.  I looked and saw Jesus in a heavenly place, high and lifted up.  I stared at Him; He was dressed ready for battle.  How magnificent He looked.  He was dressed as a King, how I imagine King David looked in the scriptures in his armour.  I knew he was dressed in battle attire.  A woman was wrapped in His arm (I’m crying writing this sentence about the woman).  It was her beauty.  She was just so beautiful.  I’ve seen her before in a vision; I can share that vision again, some other time.  She was wrapped in His arm.  Her back was resting in Him and His left arm embraced her.  Her face was beautiful.  Her hair was black, very black, like the coat of a stallion and it flowed in long waves, for there were waves of air, as her hair moved with the air.  (I’m seeing more of the vision now as I write, but I should finish what I saw on Saturday).

I said to the Lord, Lord why have you got Battle clothes on and the woman has not?

I think I imagined the woman should be dressed for battle too.

He spoke to me.  He said, the woman is the Bride of Christ

I spoke to Jesus.  I said, Lord I think You are saying to me, Mary she was the Bride of Christ, a beautiful woman whom You loved and adored.  She was utterly devoted to You Jesus.  Mary loved and this is how You want the Bride to love, the same way Mary loved.  Am I right Lord, am I hearing You right Lord Jesus?

Jesus, You are saying to me, as she loved in Song of Solomon, she found the one she loved and she would not let him go.  This is what You are saying, aren’t You Lord?

Streets, Lord she roams the streets searching for the one whom she loves.  Lord she she’s looking for those whom You love Lord isn’t she?

I’m right, aren’t I Lord?

I am right Lord; I know I am right Lord.

Lord You are saying, Go and look for the ones whom I love and love them for Me.

Lord this is making me cry, You’re making me cry Jesus.

You love so much Jesus, so much.  You’re making me cry Jesus.

I will go Jesus, I will go and look for the ones You love and I will love them for You.

You are My bride

You are My bride

You are My bride.  (We all are the bride of Christ. )
