We are fearfully and wonderfully made.

On Monday 27th January I was at St Thomas’s hospital in London to have my heart checked out.

I must admit that I was very nervous.

What they do is put wire of some sort into an artery in the leg which is pushed through to near the heart.

They then put a marker dye into the artery which shows up your insides on the x ray monitor.

It was fascinating to watch all this happening on the monitor – To see my heart working in real time.

What came to me is that we are fearfully and wonderfully made – This cannot of evolved as they keep trying to tell and teach us on TV  - And that which I saw on the screen is just a small part my body.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made in the heart of God – Made in the secret place.

Just think of this – God conceived you in the womb of his heart before time came to be – Conceived you before the elements that you are made of existed - Long before your parents conceived you.

God had all the days of your life mapped out before you long before the time of it. Yes every second – Every minute in every hour of every day.

He knows your every thought – Your every move – Who you are going to speak to – What you are going to say – Nothing is hidden from the Lord.

We may think that we can do and hide things behind closed doors from him as we can with each other but not with God – For everything is in the light with God – He saw it from eternity before it happened in time.

He knew that Adam and Eve would fall before he made them – Knew what the devil would do.

( By the way the devil does not know the beginning from the end – He cannot see time – He can only guess like many us like to do about end times.)

But redemption was at hand  - Jesus Christ his Son – Yes he saw the cross – Saw it all before it happened.

For the Lord knows the beginning and end – For he is the beginning and end – The alpha and omega – Knows about every beat of our hearts from beginning to end.

And by the way I was given a clean bill of health.
